BioDlink's CDMO Business Accelerates: 14 New CMC Projects Signed, Backlog Reaches RMB 391M (+95.5% YoY)

BioDlink (TOT Biopharm, 1875.HK) reports rapid CDMO growth: 14 new CMC projects signed, bringing its total CMC pipeline to 134, with an order backlog of RMB 391 million, up 95.5% year over year. Its in-house bevacizumab (Pusintin) gained two more overseas approvals, reaching seven countries.

BioDlink (TOT Biopharm, 1875.HK) is entering a phase of rapid CDMO growth following its integration into the WuXi XDC (WuXi Biologics' ADC arm) system. According to the company's latest public information, it recently signed 14 new CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls) projects, lifting its total CMC pipeline from 120 to 134, while its order backlog reached RMB 391 million, up 95.5% year over year.

The momentum builds on a strong first half of 2026: interim results showed BioDlink's CDMO revenue of RMB 199 million, up 157% year over year. After formally joining the WuXi XDC system, synergies with the Wuxi site are being unlocked. In June 2026, the two sides held a joint open day, transitioning from strategic integration to operational collaboration and launching a 'moving forward together' initiative focused on opportunities and challenges in the XDC era.

On technology, BioDlink continues to deepen its proprietary platforms: its GL-DisacLink site-specific glycan conjugation platform has supported nearly 500 early-stage innovative molecule programs, with the first project completing ADC process development, GMP manufacturing and FDA IND filing within four months; the BDKcell (CHO-K1) cell-line platform, paired with in-house BDKMedia, enables upstream self-sufficiency; and the BDKLyo intelligent lyophilization modeling platform cuts lyophilization process development cycles by over 50%.

On proprietary-product globalization, its anti-tumor monoclonal antibody Pusintin (bevacizumab) gained approvals in two additional overseas countries, bringing the total to seven. As a key piece of the WuXi XDC ADC/XDC capacity network, BioDlink's Suzhou site (over 20,000 L) is coordinating with the Wuxi, Jiangyin, Hefei and Singapore sites to support global bioconjugation capacity expansion.
